EU Safe Harbor Privacy Policy

FOX Audience Network (FAN) believes in protecting your privacy. We only request personal information from you on this website in order to provide you with FAN services. European Union users of our website understand and consent to the processing of user information (including personal information) in the United States. When we collect personal information that you provide on our website, we follow the Safe Harbor Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce, and comply with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the European Union. When we refer to "personal information" in this EU Safe Harbor Privacy Policy, we mean any information that (1) is transferred from the EU to the United States; (2) is recorded in any form; (3) is about, or pertains to, a specific individual; and (4) can be used to identify that individual. Examples include an individual's name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, Social Security number, or other unique identifier.

These are our promises to you:

1. Notice. When we collect your personal information, we'll give you timely and appropriate notice describing what personal information we're collecting, how we'll use it, and the types of third parties with whom we may share it.

Changes to this EU Safe Harbor Privacy Policy:

This policy may be amended from time to time, consistent with the requirements of the Safe Harbor Principles. When we make changes, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this policy. We will notify you of any material changes to this policy by posting a prominent notice of these changes on www.FOXaudiencenetwork.com and in this policy.
